Our Day

Both preschool groups are grounded in a love and respect for each child with the goal of providing a firm foundation in preparation for elementary school.  Although the order of the day differs, our focus on providing a nurturing environment is the same.

Wonder Garden Afternoons: For Preschoolers who are attending the extended day.  There is also the option of attending just the afternoon program from noon to 3:00 PM.

We pay close attention to developmental milestones for the 3 to 5 year olds so that we can provide a play environment that is rich with learning.  We know that children are born learners and that although individual differences are present from the beginning, most children set out to explore their world with unbridled eagerness and curiosity.  Perhaps more than any other time of life, early childhood is a period of never ending possibilities.  

 As we work to provide an environment to support this learning, here are some Developmentally Appropriate Practices that we follow at the preschool and that parents can use at home.
